TCIM is Now Offering Membership Plans

Dear Patients and Friends, 

When we opened TCIM in July 2014, our vision was to create a unique and holistic place for healing a community of compassionate practitioners working together to support you on your health journey. That vision has not changed, and we remain committed to providing high-quality, personalized care that focuses on prevention, wellness, and reversing chronic illness. 

From the beginning, we have chosen to offer this care within an insurance-based model, even though most integrative and functional medicine practices are largely cash-pay, fee for service clinics. This has allowed many more patients in our community to access our services. However, over the past several years, working with insurance companies has become increasingly difficult, with reduced reimbursements and ongoing challenges that seriously threaten the sustainability of this model. 

After much consideration, and to ensure we can continue offering the level of care you deserve while billing your insurance, TCIM will be transitioning to a low-cost membership program, starting January 1, 2026. 

Here are a few important details (See the next page for Membership options and pricing): 

• Memberships will be offered first come, first served. 

• We are opening this to TCIM patients first then opening to anyone November 1, 2025 

• Each provider has a limited number of spaces for their patient membership program. 

• If you want the provider of your choice, it is very important to sign up as soon as possible. 

• Members can schedule appointments immediately with their chosen provider for 2026 whereas Non-members will wait for available appointments within two weeks of their desired date. 

• The first membership payment will be charged on January 1, 2026. 

• 12 month agreements are being offered 

We know this is a change, but it comes after careful contemplation in hours of meetings, discussions, and exploration of possible scenarios. While we understand the additional financial burden this may place on some of you, our patients, we are fully committed to continue partnering with you on your health care journey.
