Melynda Myers Mallory


Melynda has been practicing as a Family and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 1995 and has been certified as a Family and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She is a compassionate healthcare provider who believes in caring for each patient in a unique, holistic and individualized manner. She specializes in Integrative, Functional, Preventive and Personalized Lifestyle Family Medicine. Melynda truly enjoys taking care of the entire family and feels privileged to come alongside patients in their healing journey toward optimal health, balance and wellness. She is committed to helping people find answers and live vibrantly.

Her academic achievements include a Bachelor or Science Degree in Nursing from San Diego State University in 1989. She received her Nurse Practitioner training and Masters of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of San Diego in 1995. She was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society of Nursing and was the recipient of the “Above and Beyond Award” upon graduation. Melynda has received advanced training in Functional Medicine. She has completed multiple Advanced Practice Modules from the Institute for Functional Medicine. Melynda enjoys attending continuing medical education conferences on a regular basis in Integrative and Functional Medicine to stay current with new research and treatments.


Melynda is dedicated to helping her patients find hope and healing in the midst of complex illnesses. Through Functional Medicine she will help you get to the root cause of your illness. She will search for underlying causes that are contributing to your illness by utilizing Functional lab testing and partner with you to provide a personalized treatment program. She believes in using food as medicine, supplements, lifestyle changes, IV nutrition and other modalities or medicine when appropriate to help her patients restore their health. She treats many complex health conditions. Melynda is passionate about restoring gut health, Hypothyroidism, Adrenal and other Endocrine conditions, Immune Health, Stress Management, Pediatric and Family Wellness.


On the personal side Melynda enjoys spending time with her husband and her beloved cat “Kona”. Additionally she enjoys fellowship at church, organic gardening, cooking, beading, yoga, dance, playing the ukulele and spending time at the beach getting some Vitamin D and Vitamin “Sea”(C).

A $75 cancellation fee will apply to any established patient appointment that is not cancelled within 48 business hours prior to the date it is scheduled.  


A $150 cancellation fee will apply to any new patient appointment that is not cancelled five (5) business days prior to the appointment.
