Her goal for patients is to empower patients to seek and maintain a healthier lifestyle and to serve as a catalyst for change in their quest for wellness and longevity.

Dr. Gama has received certification from the Institute of Functional Medicine and has also completed the Advanced Fellowship and board certification program in Anti-Aging and Regenerative and Functional Medicine offered by the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Dr. Gama received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing at University of San Diego and worked as a nurse for over a decade before venturing to medical school where she graduated from the University of Arizona.

Her most recent experience for the past several years has been in the realm of Integrative and Functional medicine. She treats patients with a broad range of health conditions including autoimmune diseases, thyroid disorders, digestive disturbances, fatigue, Lyme disease, mold toxicity and exposure. She has a special interest in Women’s health and cancer care.

Along with her respect for and the recognition of the important role of western medicine, she believes strongly in the synergy of other medical disciplines and holistic treatments to address health challenges and to help restore mind, body and spirit.
